What we offer
Preventive Medicine
We offer all aspects of preventive medicine including vaccinations, FeLV/FIV/heartworm testing for felines, heartworm test or (SNAP 4DX) for dogs; as well as heartworm, flea and tick preventatives. We will recommend vaccines based on your pet’s lifestyle and individualized needs. We have an in-house laboratory to perform bloodwork, thyroid and progesterone testing, fecal examinations, urinalysis and more! We work closely with our reference laboratories for further specialized diagnostics. We also offer dental cleanings with extractions if needed.
Soft tissue services
We offer routine procedures such as spaying and neutering in dogs and cats. We also perform c-sections, mass removals, foreign body surgeries, biopsies, splenectomies and more.
Chemotherapy
We offer chemotherapy for mast cell tumors, lymphoma, transitional cell carcinoma, among others. We will provide an individualized treatment plan for your pet’s needs. This can include working with a specialty hospital or an oncologist when necessary.
Urgent care
We understand accidents and other unplanned things happen. Sometimes dropping off your pet can be helpful to get them the care they need. That is why we offer drop-off appointments for when your pet is ill or needs other care such as foxtail removals, wound repairs etc. Contact us if you need to schedule a drop-off appointment.
Advanced Imaging
We have in-house digital x-rays and an ultrasound machine to provide us with rapid results.
Chiropractic care
Dr. Ahlbrecht performs chiropractic adjustments in dogs to keep them happy and healthy!
