Veterinarian and Practice Owner

Dr. Ahlbrecht grew up in Minnesota and wanted to be a veterinarian since a young age! She graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary medicine in 1992. She moved to Southern Oregon and has served the community since 1992! She became the practice owner of Animal Medical hospital in 2018. Her interests include internal medicine, soft tissue surgeries and chiropractic adjustments. She obtained her chiropractic certification from Options for animals. In her free time she enjoys horseback riding, hiking, dancing and mountain biking!

Kayla has been working in the veterinary field since 2003. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Animal Science in 2008 at Oregon State University. She obtained her CVT license in August of 2009. She then joined Animal Medical Hospital in October of 2009. In 2024 she became a Veterinary Technician Specialist in Clinical Practice-Canine/Feline. This is a credential held by 65 people in the US and Canada, including only two other people in Oregon! Her interests include dentistry, anesthesia, analgesia, nursing care, surgery and orthopedics. She has one dog, two cats, two horses and a bunny! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, drawing, gardening, continuing her veterinary education, and riding her horses.

Nicole started at Animal Medical Hospital part time in 2014. In 2021, she earned her AAS in Veterinary Technology online from San Juan College and obtained her CVT license. She is passionate and dedicated to patient care and client education. She enjoys traveling, camping, hiking and cooking. She has two dogs and has had cats, hamsters, fish and salamanders!

Jenny has been working at Animal Medical Hospital since 2019. She enjoys building client relationships and taking care of their best friends. She has two dogs, two cats, a tortoise, and a betta. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family!
